Additional Hours are billed at a rate of $129.00 + tax per hour. **Fuel Surcharges may apply for events more than 25 miles from RoadGamers LLC office. |

| Terms & Conditions:RoadGamers LLC agrees, for the terms of this agreement, to supply the Mobile Video Gaming Theater and one RoadGamers Event Host on the date and time listed above. Commercially reasonable effort will be made to provide “on time” events, however, due to location, severe weather or other acts of God, war or terrorism RoadGamers LLC will not be held liable for any damages arising from delays . RoadGamers LLC will make every attempt to notify the customer of any delays in a timely manner. Delays not withstanding, RoadGamers LLC will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to event start times for set up. A final checklist of approved gaming content will be approved for gaming and a brief tour of the Theater provided with any ground rules for gamers covered prior to gaming action.RoadGamers LLC provides for parental /company control of age and content appropriate games. The menu of games made availabe for use in the gaming theater will be approved and authorized by the customer prior to the event.
RoadGamers LLC allows for “normal” wear and tear and provides routine maintenance on the Mobile Gaming Theater. Customer agrees to compensate RoadGamers LLC for any repairs caused by neglect, misuse, abuse, vandalism or liquid damages to the vehicle, theater, gaming equipment , games or TV’s. RoadGamers LLC schedules and books multiple events. Customer agrees to compensate RoadGamers LLC for any delays caused by customer or event gamers that affects the next booked event timeline or RoadGamers LLC ability to perform according to this contract. In a case where RoadGamers is delayed from a timely departure, Customer agrees to compensate RoadGamers LLC at the rate of $129 Per Hour, billed in Hour Increments. Customer hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RoadGamers LLC for any and all property damage or personal injury arising from RoadGamers LLC performance hereunder unless caused by the gross negligence, intentionally malicious actions or sole negligence of RoadGamers LLC. Further, customer certifies that up to date and viable insurance is in place and “in force” covering participants and property in the Mobile Gaming Event. Customer agrees to provide a copy of their “certificate of insurance” upon request. RoadGamers LLC certifies |
